Be an active member of Senate and contribute to the overall leadership and management of the faculty. Carry functional responsibility for specific agrees cross cutting faculty areas.
Participate in academic policy development and review. Be involved in the formal processes related to curriculum renewal through the governance structures.
Design and implement research protocols, adapt now procedures, methods or instrumentation relative to research procedures. Conduct innovative research. Arrange workshops, contribute to publications.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree / PhD
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in higher education and 5 years academic research experience
- Experience in lecturing at university level
- Evidence of research output
- Proven experience in presentation of academic papers at national scholarly conferences
