DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Graduate will report to the Business’s Senior Management, and will have the opportunity to learn and be mentored by the best in their Industry.
This exciting role will offer the right candidate, maximum exposure to the running of a business, and the skills to deal with new and unfamiliar situations and challenges on a daily basis. Strong analytical thinking and mental agility, as well as loads of Energy and enthusiasm, are non- negotiables for the successful candidate.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum- completed relevant Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university, with above average Academic Results.
- Degree should ideally be focused on Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or similar.
- Student/Graduate work/internship experience, including University and leadership activities, and extra-curricular accomplishments will be taken into account when shortlisting candidates.
- Candidate must have a valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to relocate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will liaise across Production, Sales and Distribution departments, with a “birds’ eye view” of the business.
You will work on marketing campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms, in order to drive customer engagement, develop new markets, increase sales, and develop the company’s online brand presence.
Duties will include market research, Creative writing, design and development of promotional and marketing materials, dealing with new and existing customers to build relationships.
SOFTSKILLS/ADDITIONAL INFO:
Strong presentation and communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build relationships, are essential for success.
