We are looking for someone who will be able to fulfill the following requirements:

  • Leasing and Lease Management
  • Credit Control
  • Facilities and Maintenance Management
  • Marketing and promotional activities
  • Tenant administration and reporting

The successful candidate should have:

  • A relevant property related tertiary qualification; which should be a minimum of a junior degree
  • Minimum 5 years Property Management experience
  • Have a good understanding of Customer Centricity
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Enjoy working in a Pressurized Environment
  • Experience working on the MDA system will be advantageous
