- Leasing and Lease Management
- Credit Control
- Facilities and Maintenance Management
- Marketing and promotional activities
- Tenant administration and reporting
The successful candidate should have:
- A relevant property related tertiary qualification; which should be a minimum of a junior degree
- Minimum 5 years Property Management experience
- Have a good understanding of Customer Centricity
- Excellent report writing skills
- Enjoy working in a Pressurized Environment
- Experience working on the MDA system will be advantageous
