You are not “just” a sales professional. You are strategic and mindful with an ability to understand the technical requirements your customer needs, translating this into ‘contracts’ and at the end of it all, work for the company. You have the C&I networks to hit the ground running and are ready to dominate this market, grabbing the market share that everyone is scrabbling for.
What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You are the lead on establishing this market share, the energy efficiency C&I arena (targeting complex projects). You will be expected to design and develop the service to commercial and industrial customers, utilities and energy-intensive users within the Southern African region thereby managing the energy for your clients. This will include private and public entities. In a nutshell, originate, evaluate and develop power investment projects.

You will have the opportunity to join one of the largest electrical brands in the world. Established with their sights already set on South Africa, they are very ambitious and proud of it.
What you’ll need
An engineering qualification is needed with a Masters’ qualification giving you an edge over the rest. You will need an international mindset, having worked in such an environment before and having the understanding of what challenges working in such an environment poses. Ideally you will have 3 – 8 years’ experience succeeding in a similar environment and role. Energy efficiency C&I experience is key in this role.
