Our client, a leader in the fruit / FMCG industry, is looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast moving environment to join their team.
Reporting to the Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Accounts Payable
- Accurate and timeous processing of Supply Chain invoices
- Resolving queries relating to the invoices received
Supply Chain Analysis
- Accurate and timeous analysis of Supply Chain management
- Identifying any possible concern areas and resolving the queries
- Assisting Operations on decision making
- Loading and maintaining cost chain data
- Analysing and reconciling cost chain data for forecasting and other purposes
- Container cost recovery analyses
- Reporting and Evaluating cost chain data
Other third-party business
- Accurate and timeous processing, and analysis of other Business invoices
- Assisting with month end reporting
- General Ledger recons/schedules and TP-forecasting
Freight
- Analysing freight costs and recoveries
- Assisting with month end reporting
- General Ledger recons/schedules and TP-forecasting
You will need:
- Good computer software skills (MS Office and Accpac preferable)
- B Comm Logistics/Supply Chain Hons degree or similar with 2 to 3 years cost chain/ supply chain work experience ideally in fruit/ FMGG environment
