Our client is looking for an e-Content & Experience Manager, this is a brand new role that has been created reporting to the Head of e-Commerce working with both internal and external teams in commercial, marketing, and digital media to drive the holistic implementation and growth of the e-commerce strategy.Client DetailsOur client is a global European FMCG business.DescriptionPlease note this is not a marketing role. It is a Commercial role from a digital perspective.

  • Win the digital shelf
  • Own the end to end content creation, content storage, and content deployment strategy for e-Retail
  • Implement search improvement plan
  • Work with retailers to deploy best in class search optimization to ensure the products are always shopped first
  • Work with media team to improve holistic search planning and deployment
  • Conduct retailer audits, identifying product asset gaps and opportunities, creating clear action plan covering asset creation plans for brands to agree/invest and then deliver and deployment of plans
  • Track competitor innovation/use of assets and share industry best practice with recommendations for improvements
  • Manage the full e-commerce capability suite
  • Support e-commerce lead with day to day tasks required to deliver the all-around e-commerce turnover and growth targets
  • Full 360-degree digital transformation: working in perfect synchronization with the digital and brand teams to ensure all channels are driving consumers to convert through strong call to actions

ProfileThe candidate must have the following:

  • Must have a bachelors degree(non-negotiable)
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience within a similar role
  • Must have digital e-commerce experience
  • Must be familiar with the FMCG industry and have some marketing exposure
  • Must be highly analytic with research experience
  • Experience working within an agency on the client-side from a digital aspect would be highly preferred
