Our client based in Lisbon Portugal is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to work closely with the Channel Manager of the region, creating leads and opportunities

Responsibilities/ Requirements

  • Initial contract 12 months, following a permanent contract after successful evaluation
  • Sales Quota
  • Fix/ variable payment model (60/40 split)
  • No achievement CAP, accelerators until 120 %
  • On target earnings indicators
  • Strong Basic Salary
  • Languages: German (Must be a German Passport Holder)
  • Meal subsidy on top of salary (approximately 150 €/ month – 11 times)
  • Health insurance (Victory) provided for employees, family can be added (at cost of the employee)
  • Workplace – Lisbon, Portugal
  • Starting date: asap
  • Must have strong proficiency of the English Language
