CORE PURPOSE· Initiate and be responsible for the planning and implementation of the BEd Hons in Education programme. · Develop, plan and roll out programmes in all regions· Assume responsibility for the professional quality of the postgraduate programme· Manage QA and risk management· Lecture on this and other Education programmes
CORE FUNCTIONS INCLUDECore Functions
- Development of academic QMS in terms of templates, processes, for monitoring, evaluations and reporting on progress and supervision of postgraduate students.
- Overseeing overall student performance of the programme to ensure that graduates acquire the necessary skills, guidance and perseverance required for completion of course work and thesis.
- Initiate and develop Education related research

Minimum Requirements:· A Doctorate in Education Management and Leadership or show evidence of nearing PHd studies completion.
- At least 8 years of experience in Teacher Education
· A minimum of 10 years teaching experience in the schooling sector.
