Role description:

The role of the partner relations officer is to manage the day to day relationships and execute on daily requests from our expanding partner base throughout Africa and the Middle East. The position is ideally suited to goal driven and task orientated individuals with a high level of attention to detail and with an acute awareness of timelines. Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Entry Level Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification preferred)
  • Own transport and driver’s licence
  • Reside close to Bryanston
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Possess the ability to work well on your own
  • Fluent English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office:
  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • Word

Duties: (Duties will include all mentioned items as well as additional items as required by the employer)

  • Administrative partner onboarding
  • Addressing general partner queries (fielding and resolution)
  • Subscription Management
  • Quote creation; quote follow up; quote amendments
  • Customer Compliancy contract administration
  • Partner Enablement
  • Partner Communication distribution (Events; Newsletters)
  • Fault logging, follow up and resolution
