Our client in the Plastics Recycling industry has an EE opportunity available for a Key Accounts Manager. This will be based in the Germiston, Johannesburg area.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Marketing Degree or Diploma
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in the specific discipline in a specialist, supervisor or senior role in a research environment and quality time in a product development, process optimization or similar environment
- At least 3-5 years’ in the same or similar position
- Experience in a Plastic Processing environment would be advantageous
- Microsoft efficiency
- Ability to interface effectively with market sectors and people
- Exceptional work ethic and strict adherence to company policy and procedures
KPAs:
- Ensure that solid customer and supplier relations are built, maintained and managed to ensure timely delivery from suppliers, and customer satisfaction (internal or external)
- Development and maintenance of a market intelligence system
- Developing operational implementation plans aligned to strategic objectives
- Involvement in development and innovation of products
- Analysis if inventory to implement and maintain customer monthly requirements
- Effective and efficient information reporting to enable strategic decision-making
