Manufacturing concern is seeking to employ a handyman who can preferable start immediately.
Responsibiities:
- Inspect and plan upgrades and minor building projects, including drywall, roofs, and woodwork.
- Respond to emergencies quickly.
- Clean up after work to ensure a tidy and safe environment.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, including painting, power washing, and cosmetic upgrades.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing problems.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of Grade 12 Certificate
- Must be certified by GPM for basic dexterity ability and eye test (done by GPM)
- Must be conscientious, self-motivated and versatile
- Available immediately
- 5 Years previous experience
