We are looking for a Legal Advisor – Litigation (Temp)
Must have :
- LLB – and at least 3 years post article experience. Post graduate qualification would be an advantage,
- At least 3 – 5 years litigation and Court experience,
- Working knowledge of various computer programmes including Power Point, MS Word, Excel and Outlook,
- In depth knowledge of laws and legal processes (primarily relating to Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and Investment Banking)
- Working knowledge of other areas of law e.g. Tax, Companies Act, Insolvency
- Experience in turnarounds and restructures of companies,
- Working knowledge of finance.
