- Setting the strategic commercial agenda for the Operations and Capital Projects Department.
- Responsible for the creation, design and implementation of financial processes to aid the Operations and Capital Project team to achieve savings, Manage Opex, Capex and Fixed Assets.
- Creation of a high performing team environment enabling employees to reach their full potential and maximise personal and business performance.
- Effective leadership in and management of the company’s relationships with the Operations Vendors and Subcontractors.
- Responsible for ensuring Financial/Asset Compliance culture and managing the entire compliance process in the Operations department.
- Leadership of the design and adoption of accounting policies, procedures, and controls in the Finance team.
- Provide full visibility as to Network performances in relation to Finance spend/site.
- Evaluate the cost/ benefit equation of all CAPEX initiatives.
- Production design and analysis of the monthly/quarterly Operations & Capital Projects financial reports.
- Advise on contract type for Operations & Maintenance suppliers.
- Effective management of the cash management process regarding Operations involvement
