Our client in Alberton is looking for a Sage 300 People Payroll administrator to join their organisation. The suitable candidate should ideally come from the Manufacturing / Metal Industry.
Salary: +- R32 000.00 CTC per month.
Duties:
Capture, process and reconcile monthly salaries
Process and reconcile weekly wages
Attend to adhoc staff queries, processing and payments
Maintain Uniclox system and ensure accurate clocking procedures are adhering to.
Filing all correspondences and scan in relevant drives, Sage People system and personnel Files
Compiling of termination papers ie UIF, Certificate of Service, MIBFA, Sick Fund
Control all sick leave and annual leave
Control all sick leave and annual leave
Capture weekly hours from the timecard system (Uniclox) into Excel Spreadsheet & reconcile hours
Capture weekly deductions i.e. garnishee orders, union, MIBFA, insurance and any other personal and statutory deductions
Costing & Payment schedule for Management & Accounts
February tax year end and August reconciliation.
Assist the HR Manager
Requirements:
NQF Level 4 – Successfully Competed Gr12 with Mathematics and/ or Bookkeeping
Diploma in Office Administration with 3 years relevant experience;
Completed courses in Sage People (Payroll Basic Part 1 & 2; Payroll recon, Tax year end, People leave & Personnel Management)
Thorough understanding of MEIBC / MIBFA Rules & Regulations
Proficient in time and attendance (Vision package)
