A Quantity Surveying firm based in Pretoria is looking for a QS to join their organisation.
This position will be site based. Site is based in Rustenburg. (+- 18 months). Applicant must be willing to travel to site!
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Five days a week, starting at 06:30 am till 15:30 (time will vary depending on scheduled meetings and deadlines) Fridays usually done by 13:30.

- Commercial and Technical Adjudication Evaluations and Site Visits
- Commercial and Technical Adjudication Reports
- Capital Reviews
- Budgets reviews
- Commitment reviews and follow up
- Assistance with RFQ’s
- Assistance with PO
- Cashflows
- Projects Summary Invoicing
- Projects Dashboard
- Site measurements
- Evaluation and Payment Certificates
- Evaluation and Invoices
- Meeting attendance (Invocoms, Progress etc.)
- Meeting Minutes
- Project management (to small extent)
- Scope of works
- Evaluation and control of SI’s
- Evaluation and control of Additional Costs
- Month end reports
- Contractor interaction
- Client interactions
Requirements:
3 plus years of experience
WinQS experience
Civil experience
Relevant degree/diploma
