Urgently seeking Degreed and experienced HR Business Partner with generalist experience within corporate. Support the business with end-to-end HR services from recruitment to IR. Seeking individual who desires a high-production and ever-evolving environment and a collaborative team culture. Must have solid business acumen and be a strategically minded person with experience on deiivering on business objectives.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Degree in HR or related
- MAP/MDP qualification
- 5years generalist experience including experience within a BP role
- Knowledge of and experience in change management
- Solid IR background – not negotiable
