We are looking for a young, vibrant Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department to work hand in hand with the Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee the company’s marketing department staff, ensuring the team is effectively managed and promoting the company in line with the strategic objectives set out by the Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate can think on their feet and must have good interpersonal skills.
They must also be reliable, smart and enjoy a challenging and fast-paced working environment. Some marketing experience will be an advantage; however, a resilient and attentive attitude is a priority beyond work experience.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
- Coordinating and relaying business unit/team needs with CMO and Operations Specialist.
- Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels.
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
- New business leads tracking and first responses to leads.
- Seek out new avenues to generate online sales leads.
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and works closely with data analyst to create detailed reports to bring to senior executives.
- Design online marketing audiences to target advertising cost effectively.
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
- Follow instructions meticulously where provided and aim to exceed stated expectations.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2 to 3 Years corporate work experience;
- Experience with leading a large Team; and
- Strategy and Planning skills experience.
