A vacancy exists within a KZN-based specialist spice manufacturer and retailer, for a suitably qualified and experienced Regional Shops Manager.
REGIONAL SHOPS MANAGER
The incumbent will be expected to manage and visit the Company’s 14 regional shops in KZN, whereby the incumbent will ensure company policies and procedures are implemented, and that day-to-day shop tasks are carried out correctly by Shopkeepers. The incumbent will also be expected to provide necessary support to Shopkeepers. The incumbent will be situated at the Company’s new factory in Kingsburgh, and will use a pool vehicle to travel to the shops according to a visit-schedule set by the Operations Manager.
The successful incumbent must be in possession of a Grade 12 / Matric certificate coupled with experience in the retail industry; and/or logistics and stock management. Post Matric business or sales training is also an advantage.
Incumbent must be fluent in both isiZulu and English. An understanding of Xhosa is also an advantage.
Incumbent must have possession of a valid driver’s license.
SALARY
