Position entails being the contact point for the following:
o Web Support
o Operations
o Customer Care

  • Management of KPI’s for each team member to be carried out on a quarterly basis which will ensure progress management of such individuals.
  • Notifying and updating collectors of new receivers or changes to existing receivers using the load sheet process as well as ensuring the load sheets are signed off by collectors and filed on the business drive for ease of access by the entire department.
  • Proof reading of documents, SLA’S, Tenders, contracts, etc.

Desired Skills:

  • 2-years office administration
  • Supervisory experience

Desired Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years Team Leader & Supervisor

Desired Qualification Level:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
