- An undergraduate degree in Commerce, Engineering or Law
- Post-Grad or Honours would be advantageous
- An excellent Academic record – particularly Matric Results

- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and have a drive
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and General IT Skills)
