ENVIRONMENT:Act as a vital link between the customer IT team and Offshore Project team as the next BI Lead sought by a leading global Digital Solutions Tech company for its Pretoria division. The ideal candidate requires at least 7 years suitable work experience between 3-4 having led teams in a customer-facing role, skills in ETL, SSIS, SSRS, BI Reporting, Talend MDM & prior experience managing SLA adherence and improving ticket resolution metrics. Non-negotiable requirements should include a thorough understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, Analytics and hands-on knowledge of DW support and maintenance. Please note this is a 12-Month Contract role.REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10 Years relevant work experience with 3-4 years experience leading teams in a customer-facing role.
- Informatica, ETL, Talent MDM.
- SSIS, SSRS, BI reporting.
- Prior experience in managing SLA adherence and improving ticket resolution metrics.
MUST-HAVEs –

- Hands-on knowledge of DW support and maintenance.
Advantageous
- Certified in BI Technologies.
- Experience re-architecting Enterprise Data Management and developing analytics roadmap.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Informatica MDM.
