Duties Include but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining an appropriately motivated skilled team
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of processes, technology and architecture
- Understanding the IT and Business strategy and translating it into a one-year systems operating plan
- Ensuring systems conform to IT governance and information security requirements
- Understanding Systems Architecture Integration Dependencies
- Ensuring that the right infrastructure is in place for systems
Requirements
- Relevant 3 year tertiary or NQF aligned qualification
- 7-8 years relevant experience across multiple areas of IT, preferably in systems management
- Minimum 2 years people management
- Relevant business and industry knowledge/ experience related to EDI, Supply Chain and Supplier processes
- Proven Delivery, Application and People management skills
- Service, Quality and Deadline driven to deliver excellence
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with stakeholders across multiple areas
