The IT team is young, dynamic and passionate.
They are looking for a Scrum Master with 6+ years’ experience within an environment using SCRUM as methodology.
What You’ll need:
- Facilitate the SCRUM / KANBAN SDLC for one or more teams
- Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies
- Collaborate closely with business owners to gain a better understanding of what the requirements and expectations are
- Reviewing and familiarizing yourself with user stories (and functional specifications) from BA’s
- Motivating and guiding the team(s) to achieve self-organization with emphasis on continuous improvement, problem solving and self-discipline.
- Assist with Business Analyst activities
Your responsibilities will be (but aren’t limited to):
- Solid track record in successful delivery (as Scrum Master) within an agile environment
- Immense understanding and experience of the SDLC (more specifically SCRUM & KANBAN)
- Good business acumen
- Relevant IT degree or diploma
- Scrum Master certifications will be beneficial
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
