- Build relationships that allow for the managing of expectations; the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights; and the creation of buy-in
- Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work support
- Build professional long-term relationships with customers based on trust that builds the brand
- Offer appropriate solutions to meet customer needs
- Provide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service options
- Work with business in the identification and documentation of user requirements
- Propose and document process improvements where appropriate
- Define business rules and guide the implementation of these rules in the development of the various application systems
- Provides assistance in business case development (i.e.,research, data collection)
- Use engagement techniques to unpack and document business rules that govern processes
- Develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Perform reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports within set timelines
- Provide recommendations to other business analysts with supporting documentation and/or benchmarks to optimise own process
- Partner with Business Analyst Manager to run workshops elicit analyse, validate and document business organisational and/or operational requirements
