Qualifications
- Hons/Degree / National Diploma, Business Analysis or relevant to Job Spec
- Business Analysis Certificate/Qualification
- SQL or similar development qualification (Advantageous)
- IT Testing ISTQB (Advantageous)

Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Good understanding and experience of IT Terminology and processes

- CRM
- MS Office 2010 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Must be “Technical Hands-On” MS SQL Server, Business analysis
- Hands-on experience working on Business Platforms
- Hands-on IT Software Testing
- UAT Testing
- Hands-On Quality Assurance
- Good understanding of SQL and Software Development Lifecycle
- Good understanding of software design and development
- Good understanding of conceptual design and architecture principals
- Strong analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements
- High energy level and the ability to multitask, provide input to team members and to share and disseminate information
- Able to prioritise workloads and work with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience of leading project team is an advantage

Duties
Finance:
- Analyse & Document AS-IS processes for current alliance banking solutions
- Document TO-BE Processes for all new banking initiatives
- Document Business Requirements for all alliance banking solutions
Client Service:
- Liaise Any enhancements or changes with Business Analysts or Project Manager
- Liaise with business, 3rd party providers and alliance partners
- Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
- Service Excellence:
- Interprets business/customer requirements to provide timeous solutions
- Responsiveness: speed of responses, reaction time, going the extra mile, turnaround time
- Give valuable advice to customers and/or stakeholders
