Now in its 16th year, the ContactCenterWorld.com Global Association has around 205 000 members spanning across 200 countries. “With over 80 nations competing in this year’s awards, we are extremely proud to have been awarded as Gold Medalists. Ranked as the top performer in the EMEA event, South Africa has again demonstrated its leading value proposition. Attended by leading industry players, audiences from around the globe tuned in to learn from, connect with and share insights from some of the industries most accomplished minds.
