Microsoft CRM Solutions Architect
We are looking to appoint a Microsoft CRM Dynamics Solutions Architect to work alongside our feature teams with our clients in delivering expert solutioning and services related to the D365 platform.
This is a Permanent/Full Time vacancy that offers remote work benefits, however, we do need the skills to be based in Gauteng as clients may from time to time require onsite visits.
Responsibilities:
- To provide leadership and technical guidance to the iOCO project teams throughout various client implementations to ensure accurate and consistent delivery of project plans.
- Working very closely within our project teams, development teams and external partners to build and drive scalable Enterprise Solutions within the CRM Dynamics space.
- To assist the Functional Consultants and Developers with requirements gathering.
- Driving discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present technical visions and solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
- To participates with variousimplementation delivery teams to develop solution proposals.
- To provide enterprise architecture with D365 and integrations with 3rd party software packages where applicable.
- To execute upgrades and to assist with environment migrations for D365.
- To participate in implementation, customization, and configuration for D365 solutions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience and deep technical/functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 (preferable in a consulting environment)
- D365 integrations
- Experience across Power Automate, Power Apps and Azure Services
- Azure DevOps, LCS, CI/CD
- Proven track record in creating solutions and solving complex business challenges.
- Experience in Software Development such as .Net and C#.
