Cert Required:
- A+ and N+
- Or MCSA or MCSE or CISSP
- Or CCNP Routing and Switching and CCNA Wireless
Experience:

- Or Mobile Device Support
- Or Servers/Storage Infrastructure Support
- Or Printer Infrastructure Support
- Or UCC/IPT Infrastructure Support
- LAN Infrastructure Support
