Role Responsibilities:
- Contributing towards the usage of product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems, and transforming and streamlining their operational and business processes.
- Partnering with the end-user to establish requirements and complete technical documentation.
- Designing, writing code, modifying and debugging product applications while performing bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products.
- Assisting with detailed architectural designs and providing guidance on complex software development assignments.
- Providing support to customers and resolving technical issues and error messages encountered in a live production environment.
- Leading a team of software developers and assisting the architects in preparing the FDD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent education/experience required
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- 6 years’ software development experience (C, C++, GDC, Python – Beneficial, Postgres and Oracle).
- 2 years’ experience working with SingleView.
- Proficient in English in a business environment.
- Experience in the Teleco industry or related product knowledge e.g. billing, mediation, provisioning, etc.
