Collaborate with Business Analysts and Business Owners to gather and assess user requirements.
Illustrate design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Create UI mock-ups and prototypes to demonstrate how applications will function and appear.
Produce original graphic designs e.g. images, sketches, and tables.
Prepare and present initial drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and resolve UX issues, including responsiveness challenges.
Implement adjustments based on user feedback.
Present UX concepts to executives and stakeholders, advocating for the user experience.
Recommend initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Bachelors Degree / equivalent UI / UX design qualification
Min 5 years’ experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
Experience working in Financial Services environment will be favourable
Must have mobile application UX/UI design and Web UX/UI design experience
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
