ENVIRONMENT:

PROVIDE onsite support for daily incident resolution and service requests fulfilment as the next Desktop Support Analyst sought by a reputable Investment Firm. You will use the ISM Tool to complete daily operational tasks, commission and decommission domain and non-domain machines using SCCM while providing Audio-visual / Video Conferencing support. You will require a technical Certification in Microsoft / CompTIA / SCCM / Azure or AWS with at least 6 years Desktop Support work experience including Smart device support (iPad, iPhone & Android) using Intune Management, Audio-visual / Video Conferencing support & Printer support. You must be proficient in Office 365, SCCM and Windows 10/11.

DUTIES:

  • Onsite support for daily incident resolution and service requests fulfilment.
  • Use ISM Tool to complete daily operational tasks in a methodical and timeous manner meeting SLA’s.
  • Commission and decommission domain and non-domain machines using SCCM in compliance with standard procedures.
  • Software deployment using SCCM.
  • Plan, coordinate and assist with Employee Desk moves.
  • Be willing to work After Hours due to standby support or project-related tasks.
  • Document procedures and troubleshooting.
  • Audio-visual / Video Conferencing support.
  • Printer support.
  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) support.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

  • Technical Qualifications (Microsoft / CompTIA / SCCM / Azure / AWS).

Experience/Skills –

  • Minimum 6 years Desktop Support work experience.
  • SCCM.
  • Office 365 support (Intermediate – Advanced).
  • Windows 10/11 (Intermediate – Advanced)
  • Smart device support (iPad, iPhone & Android) using Intune Management.
  • Audio-visual / Video Conferencing support.
  • Printer support.

Advantageous –

  • Azure Virtual Desktop.
