We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the Project Function for our client, ensuring alignment with business objectives in the automotive sector. This 2-year contract role will report directly to the Plant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Projects Strategic Plan, providing leadership to project teams, and ensuring annual project targets are achieved within budget. Key responsibilities include identifying improvement opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, overseeing project initiation and scope definition, and preparing and monitoring project budgets. The role also involves coordinating project activities, managing project life cycle phases, supporting quality control measures, and conducting research and development of new technologies and products while upholding corporate governance and financial policies.

Required core competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Business and Project Management or Engineering
- Recognized qualification in Project Management from a registered institution (e.g., PMI)
- Certification as a Project Manager is a distinct advantage
- Minimum 5 years in a Project Management role in the Automotive Industry
