Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Hardware Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on desktop and laptop hardware; manage IT equipment inventory.
- User Training: Educate users on proper system and software use; create user documentation and FAQs.
- Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security policies; assist in implementing security measures.
- Collaboration: Work with IT team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain records of support requests and generate reports on support activities.
