What you will be doing:
- Lead the regression testing process in an Agile environment, ensuring smooth software development and delivery.
- Develop and run automated tests for both UI and functionality, helping to improve product quality.
- Stay organised by managing tasks and progress through Jira.
- Keep automated test scripts updated and efficient.
- Review test results and work with the right people to address any issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify any open questions and keep things moving forward.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure testing meets expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the automated testing tools for seamless testing.
What you need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in automation.
- Moderate proficiency in JavaScript, capable of writing functions.
- Experience with GitLab, VS Code, JSON, Jira, and Linux.
