Our client in Pretoria is seeking a Senior DevOps (Cloud Engineer) responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing DevOps practices, architectures, and processes to align with business goals. The role focuses on enhancing automation, reliability, and efficiency in cloud environments while fostering continuous improvement.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role.
- 3+ years of experience in software development (Java preferred) or as a middleware administrator
- Operating Systems: Advanced Linux (*nix) administration.

- Monitoring and Alerting: Proficient with tools like Alerta, Selenium, Prometheus, InfluxDB, and Elastic Stack.
