What you will be doing:

  • Guide and support the Scrum team by fostering Agile principles and values, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.
  • Empower the team to achieve its best, helping them deliver on commitments and reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams, managing multiple SDLC methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.

What you need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
  • Scrum certification would be ideal.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience working with people, with strong administration, coaching/mentoring, and facilitation skills.
  • Team player with servant leadership qualities, showing a collaborative, diplomatic, and assertive approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly in English and present effectively.
  • Knowledge of conflict management, negotiation, and some understanding of Agile and Software Development.
  • Passionate about self-improvement, with an investigative mindset for problem-solving and finding solutions.
  • High emotional intelligence, a sense of humour, and a strong commitment to ownership and delivering results.
