This role involves supporting transaction management, financial modelling, valuations, and research. You’ll coordinate transactions, prepare pitch books, and support senior colleagues in delivering tailored financial advice.
Requirements
- Post-graduate qualification (e.g., BBusSci, BAccSci Hons, HDipAcc, BSc Hons, BCom Hons, MBA, etc.)
- 4 years MINIMUM experience working in a corporate finance environment
- Strong financial literacy, modelling capability, valuations and numerical skills
- Ability to manage projects and build effective professional relationships
- experience engaging in client communication and relationship-building
