Location: Port Elizabeth
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in IT Systems
- 5 years of work experience within a similar rol
- Must have experience with SAP
- Experience in Distribution / Logistics industry
- Knowledge and experience of configuring SAP WM and EWM
- Must have In-depth knowledge of all the business processes
- Knowledge & experience in producing SAP & Excel reports (Read, write formulas & reporting)
- Must be willing & able to work long hours
- Must be willing & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays when required
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates business process improvement via the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of functional business [URL Removed] resource manages the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end perspective and supports the ongoing management of the requirements.
- Provide analytical support for critical corporate initiatives including business function support for system migrations.
- Consolidations, significant business area process improvement projects and complex product installations.
- Planning, implementing, and reviewing minor and major system changes into the DC (Maintaining the SAP EWM).
- Configuration and providing reports and information).
- Maintaining system integrity to provide a platform for DC accuracy.
- Applying data analysis and modelling techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure that the systems and outputs aligned to the strategic needs of the business.
- Investigate SAP system related issues and root cause analysis conducted.
- Work closely with the systems and operations team in rectifying common SAP issues regarding misuse and/or lack of systems knowledge.
- Assist in monitoring the skipping of tasks or any human action that may interfere with productivity of the operations.
- SAP customizing and working with functional team / developers for implementation and solution.
- SAP EWMS/4HANA with integration knowledge.
- Good at Regression client for testing.
- Be able to establish and prepare test data, to test execution and test results documentation.
