Job Description

  • The business analyst should support the origination, structuring and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and infrastructure transactions by understanding the M&A and infrastructure product portfolio.
  • Performing activities under supervision, in order to grow the infrastructure and M&A business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on sectors.
  • Drafting Information Memorandums.
  • Assist in compiling key data for valuations.
  • Assist in preparing presentations.
  • Compiling financial models.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Business Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
  • Post graduate qualification would be preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an infrastructure advisory or M&A advisory environment.
  • 1-2 years demonstrated experience in interpreting client financial statements, calculating financial ratios, and building financial models for more experienced team member review.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in drafting client documentation (presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials).
  • Must have an understanding of legislation, regulations, and industry codes of practice.
