Our client is eagerly seeking Technical Support who is responsible for the design, supply, installation, support and maintenance of the IT Systems within the company as well as for its clients, within South Africa and abroad. The Support Specialist contribute to the efforts of the team by providing IT support and assistance across all aspects of the business, strengthening the team through applying his/her experience, certification and skills

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a server/client environment.
  • BSc/ BTech
  • Support and maintaining the Linux and Microsoft Server, Microsoft Desktop operating environments, Remote Desktop Terminal Services, LAN and WAN technologies, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Support and maintain Kubernetes environments.
  • Support and maintain database systems.
  • General maintenance of all IT-related hardware and software.
  • Certification in Microsoft/Linux core competencies.
  • Certification or experience with proven competency in Kubernetes.
