Designing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality

Assisting the team with drafting the Process Taxonomy and Governance Framework

Work closely with various stakeholders, i.e. business leaders, department heads, and end-users, to understand their requirements and align process design with organisational goals

Responsible for documenting and standardising processes including creating process maps, flowcharts, SOPs etc

Identify opportunities for process optimisation, innovation, and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Ensure that processes meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12

Knowledge and experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean

5 years’ experience in process design, improvement, or related roles within the Insurance, Financial or Retail environment

Knowledge and strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean or BPMN

Proficiency in process modelling tools, preferably Bizagi

Candidate to be based in Cape Town
