We are seeking a skilled IT Network Technician with 1-2 years of experience in data cabling, including CAT5/CAT6 installation, setting up network cabinets, switches, brush panels, and patch panels. The ideal candidate will be capable of effectively troubleshooting cable faults and have experience with wireless networking device installation and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data cabling (CAT5/CAT6), cabinet, switch, and patch panel installation
- Troubleshooting network cabling and connectivity issues
- Installation and configuration of wireless networking devices
- Setup and installation of CCTV/Camera systems, including IP and analog configurations, along with NVR/DVR setups (HikVision, Dahua)
- Basic desktop support and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data cabling and network setup
- Proficient in troubleshooting and installation of networking and CCTV equipment
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred
- Matric (high school diploma equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work at heights and manage tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
