- Perform Quality Assurance.
- Engage with stakeholders (both business and technology).
- Become cognisant of platform capabilities.
- Apply bank client centric thinking.
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into test plans and test packs as required.
- Perform testing (integration, regression, functional and end to end) on the platform as required.
- Documenting test results and communicating this to the relevant project manager, analyst or vendor etc.
- Must be able to communicate at a business & technical level with counterparts i.e., business analysts and vendors and business stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring a quality product prior to release by obtaining sign-off of test cases.
- Responsible for release documentation, incl. deployment, back-out plans etc. with support from the business analyst.
- Will periodically fulfil a support role post implementation.
- Intermediate to Senior-Intermediate test analysis with Banking / Financial Services experience w.r.t financial products and related trading activities and life cycle.
