OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

  • Goal Setting and Planning: Defining objectives and creating strategies to achieve them.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Resource Management: Optimising the allocation of resources. Using Planner to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Project Management: Overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring products or services meet standards.

  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Developing and managing budgets.
  • Cost Control: Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Revenue Generation: Increasing sales or revenue.
  • Profitability: Maximising profits.

  • Client Satisfaction: Meeting customer needs and expectations.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in IT field.
  • Minimum matric certificate
