Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively build relationships to understand business needs and processes.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and document requirements in user story format.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and solutions.
- Utilize tools like UML/BPMN to model and document business and system processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure integration and solution success.
- Lead testing efforts, including creating test cases, monitoring system stability, and supporting users during acceptance testing.
- Continuously improve system requirements and processes to optimize development efficiency.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience:
- 3+ years in system analysis.
- Proven ability to document, design, and implement system requirements.
- Experience in collections and recoveries (an advantage).
- Salesforce knowledge (a plus).
