Objectives of the Role

  • Ensure that all work is performed using the latest approved working templates and approved methodologies.
  • Ensure all mandatory training and competence assessments are completed within the required timelines.
  • Have knowledge of and familiarity with general online gambling industry and gaming terminology.
  • Understanding and familiarity with game types and game type variants.
  • Understanding and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all responsibilities are effectively and efficiently executed in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
  • Participate in all mandatory training and staff development activities.
  • Communication of test findings to project manager and team.
  • Communicate any recommendations for improvement to the testing approach, testing procedures and approved templates to the relevant jurisdictional managers.
  • Take accountability of the findings and documentation submitted for peer review.
    Primary Responsibilities
  • Testing of online gaming products (games, websites), across relevant scopes (core, integration, websites), access channels, game types and jurisdictions.
  • Documentation of and reporting on test results and findings against regulatory requirements (not test procedures).

  • Perform a comprehensive self-review of all work submitted for peer review.
  • Perform thorough peer QA reviews of CT2 work, taking ultimate responsibility for the work completed.
  • Completing all mandatory training correctly to the training system as per the training schedule and the specified deadlines.
