Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis & Alignment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements for paper-based and electronic record management processes.
- Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement or standardization.
- Documentation & Specification Development
- Create detailed project documentation, including document management requirement specifications.
- Ensure specifications align with organizational and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to ensure comprehensive requirements gathering.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical implementation team to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Process Improvement & Best Practices
- Propose and implement strategies for optimizing document management processes.
- Advocate for and contribute to the adoption of industry best practices for ECM.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent are advantageous.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in ECM or records management.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management systems and tools.
- Familiarity with paper and electronic records management principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to create and document detailed requirement specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to gather and align requirements.
- Experience with leading ECM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum).
