Coach team members
The Scrum master makes sure team members are well trained and understand the Agile process
Host daily stand-up meetings
Assist the Product Owner with the backlog
Remove roadblocks for the team
Teach scrum practices and principles
Ensures documentation in the Product Depot is up to date
Ensures the YPA is updated
Help the team with documentation
Drive operational excellence in an Operational Team
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
4+ years’ experience in IT industry
Scrum master certification
Combined with Business knowledge + Project Management skills
Experience in the automotive industry advantageous
Essential Skills Requirements:
Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective & other as needed)
Coaching Agile practices
Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning
Forecasting
Removing impediments
Creating communication channel (Team, Product Owner, Stakeholder)
Enforcing rules
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
