Explore the possibilities with iOCO Infrastructure Services. We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with excellent knowledge and experience in ITIL and Cobit methodologies and frameworks, as well as a dynamic and results-oriented approach to work in the transition team on a fixed-term project.

What you will do:

  • Project Manage New Service Commercialisation within the Frameworks and processes to operationalise new services.
  • Lead new services transition activities when an opportunity translates into business with end-to-end accountability, ensuring quality and consistent service delivery
  • On being awarded the solution, mobilise the transition and project management team for the Due Diligence and deployment of the service
  • Drive contract sign-off and partake in handover and sign-off of the service.
  • Audit and understand the services that will be delivered out of the Infrastructure Services infrastructure.
  • Engage with iOCO Infrastructure Services and tech pre-sales from internal BU or other divisions (if required) to deliver on the client’s business requirements.
  • Provide a solution approach (i.e., options) and timelines for the Technical solutions.
  • Work with the Transformation team to identify internal and client-facing transformation initiatives and work with implementation teams to deliver a successful outcome
  • Creating transitional plans and documents outlines project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Your Expertise:

  • 5 years of experience in a Transition Manager role within the ICT environment, preferably in Infrastructure Services
  • 5 years of experience in Project management within the ICT environment, preferably in Infrastructure Services
  • Experience in client and engagement management in an ICT System Integrator or Service Provider capacity
  • Well-versed in service contracting processes
  • A senior person with a solid technical background in Infrastructure and networking
  • Strong ICT Infrastructure Architecture knowledge (ITIL or TOGAF)
  • Interpret IT strategy (target architecture, baseline architecture and roadmap) in the context of the business strategy and advise the client accordingly
  • Infrastructure Services proposals
  • Ensure quality controls are in place and followed
  • Advising on IT practices, policies and procedures
  • Ensure the client sees the company as their strategic IT partner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology-related programme preferred
