Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Certifications:
- Relevant technical certifications based on the technology stack (e.g., Java, .NET, or similar technologies).
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are beneficial.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing custom development efforts for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the technical development team, providing direction, mentorship, and oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
- Custom Development: Lead the design and development of custom features or configurations within the Enterprise Project Management Solution.
- Technical Planning & Execution: Oversee the execution of the technical plan, ensuring that development is on schedule, meets specifications, and adheres to high-quality standards.
- Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture.
- Collaboration with Other Teams: Collaborate with the Solution Architect, Integration Specialist, and other technical team members to ensure smooth development and integration processes.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Resolve technical issues that arise during implementation, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Documentation: Ensure that development work is documented, including code documentation, system configurations, and integration details.
